D2 Class

All SAHQ Classes focus on building foot speed, agility, power, quickness and endurance utilizing a variety of training tools. Sleds, tires, bands, ladders, weights, balls and the athlete’s own body weight. This collegiate style approach guaranties a dynamic workout that engages the entire body and builds strength in motion.

D2 class is training for ages 7-13 years old; this training is geared towards athletes at a younger age who do not need to be lifting heavy weights. Bodyweight, low weight, vertimax training, and resistant training are all a substitute for weight training.

Membership and Schedule
$80 per month for individuals $150 per month for families
SAHQ Class Monday thru Thursday 5:00 - 6:00
Friday 5:00 - 6:00
Basketball Teams Monday thru Thursday 5:00 - 7:30
Friday 5:00 - 6:00
Club 5two Fellowship meets each Friday from 6:00 - 8:00 pm Club 5two is available to members & non members and there are no fees associated with participation
